I had John D’Angelo out to my home on 4/6/22 to install a new garage door opener. He removed my old opener and installed a new 8164 **** ****** garage door opener. When I came home the next night, 4/7/22, the garage door would not open more than about 6”. I was able to manually open the garage door. I called John the next day, 4/8/22. I told him the problem and that it looked like the top left side of the garage door was tweaked in when in was trying to open ( when looking from the outside). I also told hi I was off on Monday. He was driving and couldn’t write down my number so I said I would call him on Monday. I called him on Monday 4/11/22. He said he couldn’t get to my location as he was in Clifton Park. I told him my next day off was Wednesday. He didn’t sound like he wanted to guarantee his work. He kept talking around in circles to me. I called him again on Wednesday 4/13/22. He said he was working out of town and couldn’t get to me. I told him I paid a lot of money and wanted to be able to use my garage door opener. He said he would call me. That was over two weeks ago. My garage door opener is still not working. I called **** Master, the maker of the garage door opener. Their support and I have determined that their is problem with the right upper roller. That is not anything that Lift****** can take care of and that is only something a local door company can do. I want Capital Overhead Doors to either come fix my door at no charge and give me credit for time lost for no use of my garage door or pay for another company to come fix my garage door opener.
