    It started out good with Spencer. So I hired him to do a partial roof.. He never shows up when he is suppose to. Roof is still leaking in my laundry room. He told me my roof is not leaking even though the spot in my laundry room got worse after the last rain storm. He was suppose to come one day to shingle my chimmney because we thought maybe the water was going through there. He never showed up. Sent him a message a few days after the day he was suppose to come and he picked a particular day, I responded with 10:00 AM..no respond. I finally told him I was going to get someone else can't deal with him saying he was coming and then nothing. His respond was the days is not over and my roof is not leaking. He doesn't finish one clients job and then go to another client. He is all over the place. My opinion is it takes too long for him to finish a job because of the way he runs his business.

    We love our rehab. Price was very fair. They are very trustworthy and personable. They saved us so much money with all the ideas they had!
