5 starsMichael arrived as scheduled to perform a quarterly service. He is pleasant, thorough, neat, and informative. Inspected and changed boxes inside and outside. Also changed the mesh filter on our dryer vent after hearing me remind my husband that it was time to do it. Above Michael's duties! 1 starThey enrolled us in a more expensive plan than we signed up for and refused to credit the difference. They didn’t complete specified work from their proposal. When repeatedly asked to finish that work, they wanted more money. Their office was rude and wouldn’t return communication until I canceled the contract, at which point they wanted more money when they should have been offering a refund for overcharging and incomplete work.Review fromPatrick D

1 starI've been signed up for the Vector Program (Tick & Mosquito Service) since last summer.
On multiple occasions a Thomas Pest Control tech has come to my house, put up pesticide warning signs, and then left without ever spraying the property.

Matt came at the same time to complete our vector service and he was very personable and efficient at completing our service.
