    Not sure I should give this paper a star. I stopped delivery on 12/20 as a vacation hold. The paper was suppose to start again on 4/3. After several attempts I have tried to get my paper delivered. After two weeks of trying to get my paper I canceled it. Since that time I have called three times as each time I called they said they canceled it and they did not. Last week I called and the women reassured me the paper would be canceled. I have requested a refund, and still have not seen it. I have been a customer of the Gazette for over 20 years and have never encountered such issues.

    Frequently missed deliveries.
    Customer service is subpar.
    Tried to cancel and get refund.
    Major hassle. Still waiting.

    I have notified the office that I'm skipped a paper at least once a week. I am promised a re-delivery every time but have never received one. Mind you, I've paid a year in advance + tip. Not only have I called the office but have also called the re-delivery manager and the carrier; never receiving a call back. This is a terrible way to run a newspaper or any business! Nothing is ever done about this and I'm ready to cancel! This has been going on for too long! I've been a subscriber for approximately 50 years and have had these problems on and off for over 5 years I've even asked to be put on the daily re-delievery list to be sure I get one but to no avail. I am pretty much home bound and can't get out to buy one or I would. I'm told that my acct. is credited when I miss receiving a paper but I have no way of finding out. I just want a paper!.
