Shipping & Handling
There are no shipping and handling costs on any of our productsunless it is previously discussed, if you live in Alaska, or Hawaii oryour order is under $50, then you will be charged a $10 shipping andhandling fee. If you live in Alaska or Hawaii, you will be notified bye-mail of the additional costs involved before your order is placed withthe mill. Once you have been notified of the additional costs andapprove them, we will then place your order! Any additional fees createdby customer such as change in address after order has shipped, refusalof delivery and any additional inside delivery or services are the soleresponsibility of the customer. Customer is responsible for all chargesand we will be charged in the original method of payment for thesecharges.
Canadian Shipments
For Canadian shipments, we can sometimes offer the free shipping ifpossible but each individual order needs to be looked at to determine ifanything extra is needed to place the order. If there is additionalshipping we will notify you of the charges before actually placing theorder. All customs, duties and brokerage fees that may apply afterdelivery are solely the responsibility of the customer.
Volume Discounts and Quotes
When receiving a volume quote the free shipping no longer applies nordoes the first time buyers discount. When receiving a volume quote theshipping is listed on your quote as we offer the lowest possible pricein all aspects of your quote. The free shipping and discount codes onlyapply on the listed website prices. We do our best to offer the bestpossible discounts we can on volume orders and we list everything foryou to compare costs.
About our Matting Products
All mats sizes listed on our website are approximate and rounded tothe nearest foot. Most of our floor mats have a +/- tolerance of up to3% on the length and the width can be 2"- 3" less than described. If youhave questions about the actual size of a mat, please contact ourcustomer service department via phone or email.

Purchase Orders
We do accept purchase orders with proper credit reference andapproval of purchase order. All terms are net 15 days from delivery ofproduct. There is also a $600 minimum for all purchase orders. Allpurchase orders and checks must be made payable to DB Industrial Supply, LLC and sent to the address below:

Samples
If you would like to see a sample of a product you are interested in purchasing, please send an email to [email protected] with your complete shipping address, product name and color of thesample you would like to see. Most samples are free of charge and willship within 24 hours.
Returns
Please contact customer service via email or phone to for an RA# andinstructions for returns. Returns must be made within 15 days afterdelivery. If for any reason it is longer than 15 days, returns will notbe accepted. Product must not be used and in original packaging.
There are no restocking fees on orders under $600.00 in value. Anyorders $600.00 or more will be charged a restocking fee. The restockingfees vary from mill to mill and you will be alerted of this chargebefore your return is authorized. NO exceptions. Customer isresponsible for all aspects of the return including any charges and setup of the shipping back to the location provided. Any damaged ordefective goods will be replaced as soon as possible. Any customproducts and clearance orders are not returnable.
Credits
Any credits issued will be made by the same method of originalpayment. All credits are also issued after authorization by managementwithin 30 days of that authorization date. Shipping Delays
Most orders arrive within two weeks or sooner. If for any reason yourorder is taking longer than normal, please feel free to contact ourcustomer service department during normal business hours for an update.We do our best to stay on top of any delays or backorders, however somemills do not alert us of these delays so it is a good idea to give us acall if and when an order is taking longer than average.
