            We had Thomas Sealcoating and Property Maintenance seal our driveway back on May 1st, 2021. At that time he also agreed to do our mulch in our yard. He said it would take about 36 yards and that he would charge us $2,800. After he began that following week he said it would be an additional $400 so he could use some natural mulch around our berry bushes. He said his mulching included cleaning out weeds prior to mulching the beds as well as edging the beds. After he began he did not weed and he was trampling and pulling our perennials. He also ran out of mulch. He said to finish the job he would charge us an additional $1,250. We told him we no longer wanted him to spread the mulch because we were unhappy with how he was spreading it but that we wanted an additional dump of mulch. He agreed to give us 25 more yards of mulch for $625. He took a check and cashed it on May 11th, 2021. He has not given us the mulch since. He has received $3,825 from us and we just want our mulch.
