    Good day I took out a 2017 ****** Altima for the summer in 2022 I dealt with the owner ************* and one of his salesman who said his name is ***** after I saw the car the salesman ran the figures took me and my husband in the office where we met ************ told them I had 2000 for a down payment if I can get any vehicle cause my credit was bad he said yes ran his figures told me I can only get the 2017 ****** Altima with the money I had the bank wanted more money I paid **************************************************************************************************************************************************** the driveway called him he said bring it back they would fix I said no I was not driving send for it he did 2 days after went to pick it up and drop his money the passenger side mirror was broke ***** told me to keep the 200 and fix it took it to my guy fixed it found out the car was in a accident went back the next day told him his salesman said no accidents he said he never said ******************* to me drive the car for a couple months make up more money come back he will change the car give me back the sticker price I did after 3 months he said the bank wont allow him I told him so you lied to me and stuck me with a broken car he told me to leave I did

    At the time of purchasing the vehicle the customer had $2000 to spend. The customer did not want the Altima at the time of purchase. The customer wanted a vehicle that was much more pricier. Most of the vehicles the customer wanted at the time of purchase required $5000 out of pocket. The Altima was the only vehicle that met the $2000 budget out of pocket. The customer then settled for the Altima. The customer came back some time later and stated that they want to switch to another vehicle. We stated to the customer we can exchange the vehicle but you would still need $5000 out of pocket. The customer decided to keep the Altima. 

    The customer has driven the Altima an additional ******* miles within a 2 year period, working for UBER and LYFT to. After the customer drove the Altima for one year, of commercial use, the customer asked for help worth $1500 of repairs with suspension work. We still decided to help the customer after 1 year of driving beyond our warranty period of 60 days.

    If the customer is interested in a second vehicle, we would be more than happy to accommodate the customer with a second vehicle, as long as the customer meets the required out of pocket payment.

    That response is not correct the owner ******************* to me to drive around the car after I found out it was in an accident come back after about 3 months when I make up some money and he will take back the car and give me the sticker price and another car which I did he said it was to late also I paid 2000 down which he said the bank wanted however the bank said whatever I give the dealer  has nothing to do with them also he told me I had warranty for ****** miles at ***** I had problems he sent me to his mechanic who fixed most of  it told me my coverage was only up to ***** miles I took back the car went to he said yes and never paid the guy I had to finish fix the rest out of pocket

    My complaint is not about getting a car loan is about my 2000 dollars down payment the dealership selling me a car that was in an accident and not saying when I went back after two days ***** telling me they never said that but drive around the car for a few months and come with more money he will take back the car and give me Another one saying the bank wants more money the bank saying they knows nothing of what transpired at the dealership so between the dealership and the bank dont know whos saying the truth
