    Piping rock uses extremely deceptive business practices of charging you more than you agreed to pay. Some available shipping options (which you pay more for) state "INTERNATIONAL: ALL DUTIES AND TAXES INCLUDED), yet when you choose this option, you still get charged taxes and duties to your credit card without knowledge or agreement to pay this. Management is aware but refuses to do anything about it. DO NOT SHOP AT PIPING ROCK, GO ELSEWHERE. If you do decide to shop on this site, beware of your total at checkout and your credit card bill.

    Been ordering from this company since the early 90's when they were ***************** only. Recently I clicked the "unsubscribe" button in several different spam e-mails. I indicated that I wanted to receive NO e-mails from them whatsoever. I did this at least 5 times in different messages, and even used different web browsers just in case. They ignore these requests obviously and continue to ******* their own customers with unsolicited, unwanted e-mails. BAD business practice which shows they no longer care about the very people who keep them alive. Bad business practice. The real disappointment is that I repeatedly saw the message that I was successfully unsubscribed. HA! What a joke.

    Customer has been unsubscribed from all mail request. All customers have an active account where they can unsubscribe themselves as well if they choose to be removed. I have made the notes in the account as well. We apologize for the delay response on this matter.

    Horrible!!! Fraudulent charge put on cc. Refund for $136.51 still not issued. Once blocking card, 7 more attempted charges and they hand done nothing! I was a dedicated customer of ********************** Rock but never again. A customer rep did tell me this has been happening to others. BUYER BEWARE and don't risk it!
