    Bought airbags 4/2023. Never delivered and heard they are out of business now. Is there a class action lawsuit on this? I have my receipts of payment. Too late to even fight it with my credit card company now. Took me for over $500

    We ordered air bags for our truck back in June 2023 and never received them. We could never get anyone on the phone to call us back. No one would return my email. I even tried to cancel the order and nothing. We were ghosted!!!-

    This business is very shady they are not answering phone or emails bought shocks from them received them but one is leaking called manufacture they will warrant shock but have to go thru retailer , if they are out of business or just plain crooks they should be banned from internet.

    SDTruckSprings is so shady. I bought a lift kit for $1900 and they shipped one of the three boxes. After a few MONTHS of very slow communication with SD regarding when the rest of the kit would arrive Im told they are just drop shippers and to contact the manufacturer. So I contacted the manufacturer and found out that not only was the kit retired but they had never received any orders from SD. I contacted SD and a week later I received a reply saying that the kit was delivered a long time ago. I knew they had my proper address (because the first box arrived) and when I checked the cameras nothing was delivered in their stated window. I contacted PayPal knowing Id been scammed and SD eventually agreed to a full refund if I sent the parts back.I did so, and 2 weeks later PayPal tells me that SD is disputing my claim and that Im going to have to file a police report. But THANKFULLY I had a confirmation from *** that the package was returned and all of the email receipts and from both SD and the kits manufacturer. Im refunded only $1500 (not the full refund I was promised by SD) and the owner gives me this huge hassle saying Im lying and the whole kit had been delivered with that initial package 6 months prior. Awesome company.

    Also ripped off. Ordered a suspension airbag replacement. Was charged on my debit, received one communication that they were waiting for stock, Nothing since. Website is closed. We should figure out who the ownership was and blacklist them in ********.

    *************** also ordered air bags for my truck 4 months ago and never received them even though they have charged $$$$$ my credit card!I have sent emails and response has been parts are not in stock but will be soon and shipped I have now turned to my credit card company to get my refund from this fraudulent company I would recommend all others to do the same to help put them OUT OF BUSINESS!!!!!!

    I ordered a repair part from SD Truck Springs (where I had bought the original helper springs several years ago) on August 7. It has now been over three months and no part has arrived. I do not know w/o a serious search whether my credit card was charged, but assume it was.Last week I ordered the same part from etrailer.com and the part arrived yesterday.None of their phone numbers work, so I can't reach them to cancel my order.These people seem to be out of business but are too cowardly to post their true status on their website - which seems to still be actively seeking orders.

    I ordered coil springs back on July 24, 2023. Have not received my springs and they have already taken the money out of my account. I talked to one person about a month after I made my order and was told it shouldn't take more than two months to get my springs. Here it is November 13, 2023 and still no springs. Have made several more calls and sent numerous emails with no reply. I think someone should start a class action lawsuit against this company. This company *****. DO NOT TRY AND ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I left a one star rating for this company because it wouldn't let me leave no stars.
