    Jan 2023: upon receiving a call from the switchboard company that the alarm goes to saying that my alarm wasn't communicating with them, I called Radiotech and insisted they fix my alarm. After many calls and voicemails, I finally reached someone and learned that the alarm box I had was no longer compatible with the monitoring system. They told me they would send someone to replace it. Mar 2023: After being stood up for 2 appointments over 2 months, someone FINALLY came, just to disconnect the old alarm box, but not to replace it, as they didn't have the new one! I called Radiotech complaining that I was being charged for a service I wasn't receiving and after many calls, I finally spoke to CEO *** ****** on March 29th. I informed him that I needed the service cancelled immediately and that any further charges would be unauthorized. Jun 7, 2023: I received another bill (digital by email and in print by mail). I responded to the email that same day with the following words:"Please cancel this charge immediately. I spoke with *** ****** on March 29th of this year and sent follow-up emails on that day and on April 9th asking for confirmation of the service cancellation. I have never heard back. Any further charges after my cancellation are unauthorized and need to be reversed immediately. If you continue to attempt to charge us, I will have to report it to the Better Business Bureau" I made multiple follow-up calls demanding a confirmation that my account was in fact closed but did not hear back.June 10: Credit card automatically charged.June 23, 2023: I finally got a response by email "Per your conversation with *** and the attached email your account at ******************* slope is now canceled. We apologize for any inconvenience."Jan 8, 2024: Received another bill and again emailed saying I wouldn't pay and to delete my records. Called and left voicemail. No response Feb 11, 2025: Received ANOTHER bill and complained. No response
