    i did not pay any $88 for a acleaning with this plan.  i used the free plan i had from ****** that i have for medical insurance and there was not a refund of $50. jus a discount to get me to pay for 2 years.  i still want a refund of the price of the entire service as i did not use it at all

    ********************** was given a $50 refund back onto her credit card on June 6, 2022. ********************** signed up for a 2 year plan and we refunded her the second year ($50) and let her keep the full 2 year term. She felt she didn't save enough money with the dentist that referred her to the plan. After speaking with     ********************** spent $88 for a cleaning, exam and x-rays and the office regular fee was $175. A full year has passed so there can be no refund of the first year and she still has the free second year we gave her. I don't know what her complaint is about at this point since we have given her an extra year for free and she saved more than 50% of the cost of her visit because of her membership with AVS Dental Plan. If ********************** would like we can cancel the free year we gave her as a courtesy to help her with the cost of her dental care. ********************** enrolled on May 27,2022 so the first year is non refundable after the first 30 days. What else can we do for this member that we helped save money and gave her a free year of dental coverage.
