    I placed my order on the 5th of June 2025 for five items, they received a reminder email as the items have not been sent they then replied saying they will part ship the items even though they had exceeded their own terms and conditions to send within five days or a reasonable amount of time it then clearly also States delivery will be within 15 days maximum which clearly was not the case I've accepted three items and two I've asked them to cancel they then have told me they're going to charge me 30% to cancel the selected items. Even though the cancellation is due to their own negligence of not supplying items in a timely manner. Therefore a proportional claim is made for the two items undelivered and contract not fulfilled.

    After waiting 6 weeks to receive my order, I was sent the wrong ring. Refused to issue a return. US address and phone number are fake on their website. SCAM!

We received **** *******'s complaint that the center stone is smalled than the ring showed on our website. Pls note that the stone's size is fixed and how small it looks is affected by the size of the shank and the size of the reference object.   According to the photos from **** *******, the ston'e size is consistent with our product descriptions.
