    A few weeks ago, I contacted White Trash to cancel service effective this month. At that time, I was informed that my account had been overpaid for the months of September through November. To help zero out the balance, I worked with a representative to arrange a pickup for a few larger items.

    The total cost discussed was under $100. I also noted during the call that one of the items might be taken by a passerby prior to pickup, and I was told my account would still reflect a credit based on the overpayment, and the charge for the item would be credited to my balance.

    On August 15, I followed up and informed the office that the other item had, in fact, been taken. The representative I spoke with confirmed that I would be credited for it. I also offered to send a photo of the items placed out for collection and inquired about the charge for an item. Since we had cut and dismantled it, I questioned whether it still qualified as a “large item,” as it was similar in size to previous items we’ve placed out without extra charges.

    The invoice I received included two separate charges: one for $80 and another for $60—totaling $140. However, my understanding from the original quote was that the bed would cost $67 and the total for all items would be under $100. Given that, I’m confused by how we arrived at the current charges and why the full amount of my overpayment seems to have been used. The invoice now shows a balance due of $135.

    In March of 2025 I submitted several requests to rubbish companies for a quote for new service. One of them was White trash disposal. I received the quote/information page with pricing via email as attached. (No where in this quote does it have information on cancellation fees). So April 9th 2025 I called the number provided in the email to sign up for yearly garbage removal services based on this pricing. I spoke with a woman who took half payment for two installments for yearly service that same day. Garbage totes arrived two weeks later and service started as normal. A month later I received a welcome email (attached) explaining services and terms and conditions. In the beginning We had extra garbage at the road piled from 3 weeks of not having service and waiting for the start of the new service. I contacted white trash through email inquiring about the extra items, and received an email back (attached) stating 5 additional black contractor bags could be in addition to our toter at no charge. We did this and the garbage sat for over a month. I contacted many times to no response. Finally I spoke with a *** and she advised me i would have to pay an additional $130 to remove the items. I did not agree to this and requested a refund and to cancel service. She advised that I would be charged a cancellation fee of $150. In which none of my conversations, emails or quotes explained this before service started, nor did i agree to this. The only terms sent about this were a month after payment and service started (again attached). I was also told only 5 additional reg white bags would be included. The email sent to me voids their own ************ again this week we have garbage not picked up. Last week we forgot to bring it to the road so its not extra it is carried over. I would truly like a refund without the cancellation fees that were never agreed to nor disclosed to me until a month later. Service is horrible and they cannot do business like this.
