As a loyal customer to Garber Honda with buying a vehicle and having services done here despite being more expensive. I was completely duped today. James B sales associate and Adam Bolt appraiser in used car services separated me from my mother so they could get me....a young female....to sign a terrible deal alone. They completely lied on how much the new car would be and monthly payment. They separated my mom and I, to have her car appraised and never even did it!!! She sat across the street in the used car lobby while they put me on display in the front of the new car lobby. I had a ton of questions and the comment I received was "we don't want to be here until 8 o clock tonight". It was 5pm and they close at 7pm. James encouraged me to buy a passport unseen and without test driving.....desperate to make a sale? I will be going somewhere else.Review from ronald c

March 2021 Garber Honda made me a deal for a new ***** hatchback for 23,000 as soon as they found my car. They found my car on April 7 three weeks later it was gone,. Today i was informed that they would continue to search for a car, but the price is now 26.000! Great Dealership

As I tried to explain. There is a worldwide shortage on microprocessors that is causing a shortage of new vehicle inventory worldwide. The other issue is you want a manual transmission and there is very very few out there. Months ago when we made the deal, the dealers said we could have the vehicle and later would not trade with us and said it was sold. Because of the above mention shortage the manufactures have removed incentives and the price is more. I am sorry for the inconvenience and increase but I still cannot acquire a car that meets your needs regardless of the price.
