    I Hired Them To Move My Things From My House To A Storage Unit.. Everything Was Packed And Moved To Where The They Can Move It Out.. They Were Late, When They Arrived It A Driver And A Little Boy That Had To Be Like 11 Years Old To Move A 3 Bedroom House.. It Took Them About 3 Hours To Fill Up The Storage Unit.. When It Was Time To Have Them Move My Things From The Storage Unit To My New House I Tried To Open The Storage Unit And There Were Things Just Tossed In The Unit To Where I Couldn't Even Open The Door... Shortly After They Started To Unload The Storage Unit I Got A Message From Dwight About An Issue With My Printer. He Said "It Just Started Leaking" But There Was Ink On To Of The Printer Like It Was Dropped (Because Its A Cartridge Free Printer And Needs A Siringe To Fill It With Ink) Upon Getting The Things Into My Home I Started To Notice Furniture Was Loose And A Few Things Were Broken. My Dresser Is Literally Falling Apart (The Top And Legs Are Seperated From The Rest Of The Unit) The Back Off Of One Of My Storage Cabinets Was Ripped Off. My Bench Legs Basically Fell Off.. One Of My Subwoofers To A Surround Sound System Is Blown I'm Missing A Glass To A Console Table. I'm Mising The Middle Glass Holders For My Dining Room Table And I'm Missing A TV With The Wall Mount.. On Top Of The Printer That Was Damaged While Unloading The Storage Unit.. When I Reached Out To Dwight About The Damages He Asked For Pictures Of The Damages (Which I Sent) Tgen Later He Said That Because My Service Was Discounted That All He Could Offer Was A Sincere Apology On Top Of That.. When I Asked Where Did We Sign A Contract Stating That I Forfit Any Right To Reimbursement Or Compensation For Damages Caused During The Move He Stopped Responding.. There Was No Offer Of Anything To Rectify The Situation Or Anything. Just An I'm Sorry But You Dead On The Cost Of Your Stuff

    These are the most unprofessional people I have come across in a long time. The one mover reeked of marijuana so bad I could have gotten high off his stench. They were slow moving, talking to my neighbor about the cool cars in his garage, playing with my dog, packed the truck the wrong way and took an additional hour and a 1/2 to re-pack and re-organize. And yes they did charge me for that time. Upon my arrive to my new home I found 5 of the 15 moving blankets were still folded and not used while all and I mean all of my furniture was scratched, dented or had the paint of other items rubbed off on it. The truck was packed so poorly that the moving company at my new location commented on how bad it was. I was offered an hour refund and was told that was a courtesy. Ha-ha!!! Don't do me any favors, please. I asked about my damaged furniture and he basically blamed me for not having enough moving supplies for them. I had a small 16' truck with not a ton of furniture and remember, had 15 moving blankets that weren't all used. I never did get my refund!!! They really should not consider themselves "professional" because they are not even close. I would not have even given them 1 star if that was an option. Stay away from this moving company!!!
