And all the drug dealing employees here and those stealing people's information in the computers and stealing their credit card numbers need to go to prison and need to be fired and go to prison and not get unemployment New York State none of the phones work in the rooms none of the refrigerators work in the rooms the front desk needs to learn a very hard lesson that went a client or a customer that's staying in a room asks you what your name is you don't get arrogant and not give them your name. Because then you will have to be brought in to the police to have a talk with you about your name and exactly what is your name and why don't you want to give your name maybe it's something to do with your tax exemptions that you've been getting 6 months no taxes and then putting another family member's name down as your business and getting six more months of no chicks you think maybe that might be a reason because it's certainly not from revenue in this hotel because basically you're always empty the front desk needs to be no and made to talk with a civil tongue in their mouth and when asked a name of your front desk they better give their names whether it be their first name did they also refuse to give their names

This was written by a guest that had mental health issues and was harassing staff and customers . she calles the cops night before numerous times on customers who were not doing anything. the cops had to take her away from the hotel because of her thretening people over the phone and in person at the hotel. police said she has many mental health issuses and has done this at other hotels where she has also been asked to leave ..
