      yellowpagecity.com (YPC Media) is serving a business listing for a business named ****** **********: h**********************************************************************/ ****** ********** has been closed for 5+ years. The phone number on this listing ###-###-#### is my personal cell phone number and I am regularly receiving B2B oriented phone calls for this defunct business and I need it to stop. yellowpagecity.com has the listing in 7 different business categories and they require that each be removed individually. I have submitted online requests on yellowpagecity.com asking them very nicely to remove these listings every day for a week and they have not done so. The confirmation webpage that I get after I submit each removal request states "Please Note: No changes will be made to your listing information until the 9.95 verfication fee has been paid." (BTW they spelled verification incorrectly). It is highly unfair that I am required to pay them nearly $70 to have these listings removed because I never gave them permission to post my personal phone number on these listings and I find they are violating my privacy rights by positing these listings and not removing them promptly when asked. I am requesting that yellowpagecity.com (YPC Media) remove all 7 ****** ********** listings ASAP. Also, how does paying $9.95 per listing verify that I am the owner of the listings in the first place? Money grab!?! If you need to verify that I am the owner of ###-###-#### please call or text me at this number and I will confirm that I need these listings removed. I have tried to call them at ###-###-#### "to get further assistance" and it identifies that I have indeed called YPC Media then immediately transfers me to a voicemail box where I leave my contact info and they have not called me back let alone provided me any further assistance. Please help!

      I apologize that we did not see this request through the online form.  We have removed each of the listings noted in the complaint from the yellowpagecity.com directory, and again apologize the the delay in response.

      I used to do business with YPC media. I cancelled my contract @ the end of 2021 to do business with a new vendor. I later found that they had taken ownership of my business facebook page. i quickly contacted the rep i used to deal with. No response. sent another email to another rep, NO response. sent in a request to the website homepage outlining my problem. NO RESPONSE. Called in to speak to someone - no reply, voicemail only. I'm unable to make any changes because they will not release my business page. i have been very patient, but this is now costing me $ as i can not operate my business social media. I feel this is a punitive move since i switched vendors.

      ****** ******** emailed us a copy of this complaint yesterday and we have responded with the email below.  We will continue to reach out to him until this issue is resolved to his satisfaction. Hello ******, I apologize for the inconvenience you have experienced.  I just tried to call your office and left a message – we are also going to be sending you a message on ********. We looked up your account in our CRM which was cancelled in September of 2021.  It does look like you were working with Robert B******, who parted ways with YPC Media around that time.  One of our senior account managers, Krystle, attempted to call a few times in September 2021 after which you were cancelled out and we removed ourselves from ********, **** and other accounts we had access to. Can you please clarify which phone number and email you were reaching out to? Also, we released your business account in ******** upon cancellation.  Can you give us a screenshot of who currently owns the page?  We can then contact our ******** Account Representative and see if we can help you solve this issue as quickly as possible. It is a priority for us to help you solve this problem.  Feel free to call, respond to this email or send a ******** message! Danielle H******** VP - Sales and Operations, YPC Media

      I have been trying to contact this company through their website and by phone to get a listing removed. A business is using our home address as their listing address. It has never been at this address. It is causing random people to show up looking for jobs. I have left a handful of voicemails since November at ********** following the 0 option. I have also tried the contact us, leave us a message, and clicking other what’s my comment topic about.

      We received a call on March 4, 2022 from this customer explaining that her home address was showing on a business we had listed on yellowpagecity.com using the phone # ###-###-####.  The business is closed.Our receptionist took the information so this listing could be removed from the directory.  The receptionist also took the time to help her by giving her other directory businesses/phone numbers to contact to remove the listing off these directories.The listing with her home address was removed from yellowpagecity.com immediately and is no longer showing. We have no record of her call prior to March 4th of this year and request that this complaint be closed and not count against our rating.Thank you,Nancy B*******

      Better Business Bureau: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. My phone only goes back one month but here is a screenshot of an attempt where I left a voice Mail and can go back into my provider to find more if needed.    Regards, ****** *** ********
