5 starsWe were very pleased with the quick, SAME DAY response for our service call.
Our technician, Russ, performed a quick diagnosis, found that the control wire to the condenser control circuit board was shorted, caused by an animal chewing on the wire, which fortunately caused the fuse on the circuit board to blow, hence saving the control circuit board from costly damage! Our technician, replaced the damaged control wire and the fuse at no cost for the materials.
Our only fee was the cost of a service call and 1/2 hour labor.
This is the true meaning of EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE, which is rare these days.
I highly recommend Universal Heating and Cooling (and Russ specifically) for any Heating or Cooling system repair. Russ was very fair, honest and friendly.

5 starsI have used Universal Heating and Cooling several times and they are great, whether it was for a new Hot Water Heater or problems with our Boiler. They are on time every time and our technician Russ is very knowledgeable and explains everything when you ask him a question. Very reasonable pricing as well.

5 starsI shopped around for a humidifier, Universal's quote was affordable compared to the other quotes I received. The two installers were great, courteous, and professional. When they were finished, they gave me a few pointers on how to keep the water lines clean of algae when changing my filter. The company that installed my furnace and AC unit never mention or showed me how. The technicials took the time and explained exactly what I should do. When the job was finished, they cleaned up and left nothing behind. Universal will be my new heating and cooling company from now on!Review fromTiffany W

5 starsI used Universal heating to get a second opinion. Was so glad I did.?the first company told me I needed a new furnace because the heat exchanger was in poor condition. The Universal representative examined the furnace and told me it was old but in good shape. He explained to me why the earlier company could know that the heat exchanger was in bad condition. He also advised me to be aware if the furnace was not maintaining the temperature the thermostat was set at. The Universal rep saved me thousands of $$$$. The cost of the inspection was the best $110 cents I have spent in a long time.Universal Heating & Cooling
