      Called them to get a quote for repairs as I am attempting to close on a house and they told me that they would not offer any type of quote unless I owned the property. I would advise that anyone looking for a quote from them before closing seek elsewhere, I won't be going through them once I have closed on my property.

      I have gold seal service I called for a furnace out service
      I was told it would be two days as it was not a emergency
      The Web site states they have 24/7 emergency service so I am not sure what a emergency is
      Also with the change in ownership there is a problem with service

      Our technician, James V*** was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable. He took care of our issue and explained everything. James has helped us a few other times and is always welcome here!

      Terrible service. I pay Isaac monthly for service plan. Always had reliable service until this year 2024. I called in September for furnace, I had to wait 2 weeks for a service call. Tech came got furnace running replaced thermostat. Furnace went off 3rd week October, When I called for appointment soonest available was 13days away. Only time available was 5p to 9p. Tech called at 8pm on his way within 30 mins. I canceled due to way to late at night. I called to reschedule this time I had to wait 16days for appointment again 5p to 9p. With no heat. I called main office in Rochester put on hold for 35min no one came back. I called again this time I was told nothing available sooner, but dispatch said she would call me back. I waited 4 hours no one called me back or the next day. I heard they changed ownership. Stop referring from *****'s list to Isaac. A once good service has gone to heck, needless to say I called ******* heating and they came within 24 hours like Isaac used to. Terrible service from Isaac and lies to upset customers.

      Signed up for "gold" service. Called for furnace cleaning and was informed I can no longer schedule furnace and air conditioning separately. They only will only come out in February, April and November. Obviously that was not what I signed up for. They have been taking my money for the past year, Was told this was a recent policy change without prior notification to the customer. The technician was out in the summer and made no mention of the change. Classic bait and switch. Do Not deal with them.

      We had all new heating and air conditioning installed in February this year. Had an issue and left a message with Jon the sales rep both by phone and email. Never got a response. Now we are trying to schedule the first maintenance call for January as they recommended. After calling 4 times, on hold forever each time, my wife got someone who said they couldn’t help but would have the scheduler call us. Weeks later no call. I think Isaac has really lost the focus on customer service.

      I reached out to ******* *** *** ****** Electric after Isaac Heating blew out my master breaker while assessing the ***** AC that Isaac had installed nine years ago. It stopped working during July 4th holiday, one of the hottest weeks of the summer. The following week after the master breaker blew, Isaac sent a manager to my home who told me that the reason he came was to sell me an electric upgrade panel and a new AC but that it would take at least 1-2 weeks maybe more. That meant a portion of my appliances wouldn't be available during that time along with no AC. It was through my neighbor's recommendation that I contacted *** ******** who temporarily restored my panel that day, then sent 2 hard working, conscientious men to install an upgraded new panel the next day, along with an electrician to check their work for ***. The bill was a thousand dollars less than what Isaac quoted me. Still needing a new AC as my compressor was out of commission, I went with ******* ***. Isaac Heating was once a reputable, local, family owned business but my last experience with them was a big disappointment.

      Especially with their gold care plan, they are incredible. They get to your home within 24 hours, sometimes even the same day, and fix the issue. It's awesome. We've had several issues with flooding from our mini-split unit, and they always show up and figure it out within one visit. Pretty cool.

      I contacted Issac's to have someone give me options on my heating system. Justin showed up on 01/17/2024 was here maybe 5 minutes and stated he would be in touch with options. On 01/29/2024 I sent a message to Issac's stating that Justin had not gotten back to me and I am no longer interested in the possibility of doing business with you firm when I have to do the follow up call to remind you of your follow up. Please do not call, email or contact me as I will be taking my business elsewhere. Of course they ignored my request to not be contacted and I received a voicemail from Justin. As I stated you're too late, bad follow up and customer service.

      Jake W., the tech who installed my new furnace, was very professional and pleasant to deal with. He worked quickly and finished the installation in less time than I would have expected. He left the work space clean, and he answered any questions I had. As a bonus, he also cleared a clog
      in my gutter downspout when he noticed water dripping down. I would give him five stars for sure. 3/6/23
