    I never received a receipt for completion and payment for the services (new roof and gutters). I called multiple times over the course of months to get a receipt for the work. I was always told a receipt would be sent or someone would follow up with me, which never happened. Today I was told by Jordan that the initial quote I received serves as my receipt. But it is just a quote. I have multiple quotes. I will be unable to demonstrate when the work was done when the time comes to sell.

    The quote that we gave her serves as her receipt for the job. There shouldn't be anything else for us to do. If she needs us to hand write something for her we would be more that happy to do so.

    I used savage and sons to do a siding job for me as well as some roofing. At first they were very nice to work with and offered to help with other aspects of the project. The owner Dan was usually on site after 10 am, so when I noticed the roof had been framed incorrectly I brought the mistake up immediately to him. He instantly got defensive and started shouting at swearing at me and even made a move to punch me when I started yelling back. This guy is a maniac! The siding also looks bad. There are a few areas where gaps a finger fits in around brand new windows that they set. The soffits were put up without a level and it shows. He shingled a small area of roofing putting the wrong color up on the first row, then continued the correct color for the rest of it. Every brand new gutter overhangs a different length. Extremely poor quality for a company that “takes pride” in their work and claim to be “perfectionists”. Aside from the hot headed owner and the workers doing drugs in the driveway, they also claim not to take any money until the job is complete… Lies! They required a hefty deposit up front. He did give me a thousand dollars off for the mistakes on the framing that I had to have corrected to pass inspection, but that doesn’t make up for the fact that it was supposed to be a match to the existing ridge. They were 2 full inches off. Both roof boots they put on for the plumbing vents are leaking as well. I don’t understand how that happens with a brand new roof that they reframed and roofed from scratch.
    They had a deal with me for the work and they went over my head to the homeowner to get payment. The homeowners wife was in the icu and agreed to the payment without checking the work. I as the foreman of the project had hired them. They claim not to take money up front and they do. Also not to take money until a satisfactory job. The job is unsatisfactory and they took money unprofessionaly.

    We did not do a siding job for this person he was a contractor working on the house that the homeowner hired us to do the siding. The homeowner was happy with the work and paid us. Kyle was responsible for doing the roof addition and could not do it so he asked us to help him with it. We completed the roof addition, with the ridges being off a little bit because it is a very old house nothing is perfectly square. We charged Kyle $3,000 for that job and took off $1,000 for his troubles. As for the argument, Words went back and fourth with Kyle saying some words as well. In Conclusion we did not do a siding job for Kyle and we hope his job for that customer turns out great!

    I spoke with Freddie from Savage &Son on September 13th, they started work on my garage the same day. They were to tear down all the rotted wood and replace it. I asked for a invoice with estimated prices for materials and labor I was told he would bring it back with him he never did, upon completion I inspected the work to find they had took many short cuts on the job,when I pointed this out to Freddie he said he would come back bring my receipt for payment and a break down of materials and labor. Also he was to correct the things that I was not pleased with. They replaced my wood with plywood not actual wood, they used the old roof edge drip all bent and deformed instead of a new one. And one area of the roof my shingles are all broke and misplaced do to the tear down. He kept telling me I'm gonna do a good job, I took him at his word on everything, you are running a business. I paid him a deposit wich was for materials and I feel like he used what he had on his truck already an upon completion I paid his fee with the understanding he would be back and to correct the things I was not happy with and bring my paper work wich he did not. I called several times and texted him with no response. It wasn't until I left a message telling him if he did not come back and fix the problems and bring my paperwork I would be contacting the BBB he finally called back still said he would be back after telling me anyone else would have charged twice as much and would have taken much longer wich had nothing to do with my issue. I still have not heard from them and I am out of $2000 cash with no receipts, no estimate no correction of the work. I can't even take him to court with no paperwork. I feel like he took advantage of me being a senior citizen and female.

    On 12/18 I gave Savage &son 11,000 dollars for replacing my roof facia boards and gutters due to winter damage and squirrels getting in my attic. I met with Gerald C****** sho told me he was the supervisor that would due the Roos and Daniel the owner would replace the facia boards and gutters. I was told by the insurance company to find a legitimate contractor to make sure all the work was done professionally right. Last year in June I had siding done to my house from the city and I was informed that I did not have a new roof. the gutters were placed over the rotten corrosion across my facia boards. I had some one put in a metal mesh to prevent the saquirrels from getting in until I found my roof receipt which was today August 9, 2022. I called the company located at *** **** Ave Rochester Ny 14612. The owner Daniel called me back and I was disappointed and upset so he started yelling at me screaming and told me to text him the receipt. He text me back saying that it doesn’t say anything about replacing facia boards I told him full replacement of wood was supposed to be done he insisted that it didn’t and was very upset insulting me saying comprende which means you understand I told him I would call the news and file a complaint he said take him to small claims court. I am a grandmother raising two grand children a I am a victim of fraud and I can’t afford attorney fees to get the job done I desperately need your help I will mail copies of receipt and warranty thank you I couldn’t attach it to this page as a pdf fule
