    Floor was installed throughout the entire home. Quality of product was not as expected and installation was okay, Called them 3-4 times re issues with the flooring coming up and trim they needed to finish up. They did respond the first time I called, came over, was expecting a follow up call.. Called them a few other times and nothing. The flooring is less than 4 years old and has been coming up and chipping a year after installation. They blamed the issued on the manufacture, which in turn I thought they were going to get in contact with to resolve this issue. Have heard nothing from them, Terrible customer service.

    Had no issue at first however I have been waiting over a year for them to replace a defective floor and they have now stopped answering my emails and phone calls. Although the new flooring has been picked out for several months and I had been lead to believe it would be done in early Fall here we are in early Spring and I have heard nothing. It's very frustrating.
