    I retained Review Tubes services and was very pleased with their services. I had them set on auto pay and never thought about the payments other than when I seen them deducted from my business account. In August my debit card associated with the auto payments was frauded and cancelled by my bank and a new debit card was issued. In the change I neglected to update biller info for Review Tube. On September 30th I was contacted via email from Lisa Freeney with review tube about the payment issue however she never mentioned how behind this account was, I did not treat this with expediency and left it with my other bills to be handled in bulk. On October 14th I was contacted by ***** ******** with ******* ***** * ********** Inc notifing me my account was in collections. I told ***** I was not in denial about the money owed but questioned the timing and way this matter was turned to collections. I was preparing to pay the $300 that was owed when a customer of mine called and asked if I was still in business. When I inquired why they were asking they told me my ****** listing said closed permanently. I checked this and indeed Review Tube had turned my listing to Permanently Closed. I corrected this as soon as I could (there is a delay in updating the info), to my knowledge it was listed as closed for at least 2 days, I can't begin to guess how long prior to my customer contacting me. This is POOR tactics to use in my opinion, how do you calculate the cost they caused me to incure by doing this to my listing. I am a small business, this kind of action can cause me to go under! I am an easy guy to get in touch with, they contact me via phone every 3 months to review my account, why not just call rather than destroying your customers business???

    Able GC, LLC paid $4000 for a service. We have not heard from anyone regarding this agreement. Where are you?

Our onboarding specialist reached out by phone, email and text when you first signed up for services with our company and was unable to speak with anyone at your company. We have successfully contacted you as of this morning and have an appointment with you on February 28th. We will be adding an additional month of service to your contract with our company for any inconvenience. We look forward to a long working relationship with you and your company.
