  BBB sent correspondence to the business on April 17, April 29, and May 20, 2025 requesting removal of BBB trademarks from all advertising and marketing materials and to substantiate advertised claims in their marketing materials to include the website, https://lionconstructionandremodeling.com/.
  
  The business is advertising the following affiliation and certification and BBB has been unable to verify them:
  National Roofing Contractors Association
  GAF Certified
  
  The reviews/testimonials feature images of people that are not located in their service area and BBB has reason to believe that the reviews are not from actual customers. BBB requested the contact information for the people that have reviewed the business to verify them.
  
  The website's address does not appear to be correct. BBB requested that the website address be updated to reflect the actual address of the business.
