- Customers can exchange an item they purchased within 1 week of the purchase date for a like item of the same price, or they can pay the difference if the replacement item cost more than the original item. Physical or user damage will void customers ability to exchange. All iPhone and iPad repair includes 6 month warranty due to and only for manufacture defect of the specific parts replaced and installed by ROC Cellular. Physical and user damage will void the warranty. Must show original receipt to claim any warranty/exchange from ROC Cellular. Must bring back box, charger and anything that came with the purchase.
