On April 28,2022 I walked into elite auto mall just looking at cars not really ready to buy one yet and I met one of the workers there who showed me this 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee fully modified and well taken care of. I dont really know about cars so I said to myself this car is perfect for my first car and for the price tag isnt not bag so I asked just for an estimate on the car just to come to find out they applied me for a loan made me sign documents to put me down for the car to hold my spot but Im order to get the car I had to put down a deposit and without fully knowing the miles of the car I put down ***** dollars just to secure my spot for the car and when I told **** the financial person I changed my mind about the car and I havent signed any contracts or anything he tried to make me feel bad for not wanting the car when it was a few miles away from needing a tune up soon and I dont have the money to buy a car, pay insurance and pay to fix it right away and since I told them I didnt want the car anymore they have been making excuses instead of giving me back the ***** fully saying the owner is on vacation and I have to wait until he comes back to get my money since hes the only person who can give back money and checks when I payed in cash fully but I have yet to receive my money back
