Hi, We were working with ForencisData for contacts for our organization. We were ready to pay and the organization told us to send a check for over $500 instead of ACH which we were hoping to do. We sent a check on Thru, August 18th,2022. The check should be have received at the latest on August 23rd. We have not heard from anyone in the organization if they received it or not or any response. We emailed the individual, *********************, who told us to email the check and we tried to call the phone number on her signature. The phone number on *****'s signature leads to a different organization that is not ForencisData. We have called more than 10 times on different days and times to get someone on their main line ****************) on their website (***************************************) and no one answered. We have left messages via chat and other emails listed on their website and still no response. We now are sending a final email saying we will be canceling the check as this seems like a fraud in our case. We don't know what to do as we have not heard back and are worried our organization is going to lose money.
