    June 15, 2023, NJM came to install a new pool liner in my 30 ft. round above ground pool. They gave me a price of $950 and asked me to buy the liner, which I did. The old liner was ripped. They arrived late that day. It was very hot and **** the ****** said that we were their third installation of the day. I could tell that the 3 workers were very tired. They arrived around 2 o clock and finished around 4 o clock. I gave **** a check for $1000 including tax and they left. The next day when the pool had filled I went in and noticed that the bottom was full of footprints and where the sand had washed out from the leak was not repaired. There are folds all over the bottom. I was quite clear that the workers did not prepare the pool for the new liner nor did the workers remove their footprints. I called the owner **** who said he would come over to look at it on Saturday. After he did not show I called again and he apologized and said he would be out this Saturday. He did not show up then either. I tried calling several times after that but he will not answer his phone. I dont trust them to repair it. I would like to be reimbursed for the liner and installation. Their warranty is for 1 year.
