      I have had 3 cans already that have pinhole leaks. Im sure theres more in the 12 packs I have. I understand you want to cut costs but they are slowly leaking and leaving a mess on my wood floor. Multiple cans. Multiple. There needs to be accountability for cutting costs.

      Hello, I go to ************************************ and play games and take surveys to earn points. On March 22, 2023 I redeemed one thousand points for a $20 gift card to ******** It is suppose to take 3-5 business days to receive a redemption code in my email address. I have not received anything from dewnation. I emailed them several times and they have not sent me anything at all. I am very unhappy and would like to receive my email redemption code for a $20 ******* gift card. Could you please help me?

      Pepsico won't send me my email redemption code. I keep sending them emails to help me and have not received any help. I go to ********************* to email them. i go to ************************************ website to play games and earn points.       Placed an order that was never delivered, made several attempts and filed a claim with the carrier. Sent in the claim number and was never resolved though the company. Order number is ********* This has been ongoing for 2 months now.

      Hello, I go to the dewnationhq.mountaindew.com to play games and earn points.       *********** in ******, ** our phone number is ************. This is dealing with our account with Pepsi, our account # is *******. With ********************** they have a case count that has to be meet before they will deliver to our store. They are asking us to order 40 cases a month or 20 every two weeks. As a smaller company it is hard to meet that case count. That comes with two issues one being product will go out of date and the other would be with space to store all of the products. Also we was wondering why we have to get our Pepsi and Royal Crown separate companies. Pepsi carries Mt. Dew, ****************, etc. If we was allowed to order both from the same vendor we would be able to make the case count with no problems. Also that will help with storing them as well. Having them two different Vendors its hard on space. As of now we are running out of Pepsi products before they will order any more for the store and that stops sales on both of us (Pepsi and ***********). Pepsi has to wait until we are out of most of our products to order more because of the case count. What are we able to do to order both Pepsi and Mt. Dew products through the same company? Then we will meet to 20 or 40 case count and we will have room to store both. This is becoming an issue with have two different companies with one have both products. How can we resolve this issue?

      In September of last year I won one of the ************* sweepstakes. After waiting months and still never receiving my prize I began calling their customer service. For the last 3 months I have been lied to over and over again, being promised that it was being "shipped next week" over 5 times now. After months of being told the same lie repeatedly I have no choice but to file a complaint about this company .If you are going to use a sweepstakes to get fans, at least reward the prizes you promise people! You are a million dollar company s******* people out of simple prizes!

Due to the inconvenience, the Frito-Lay team has also sent ************ complimentary coupons to use towards future purchases of Frito-Lay products.

      I have purchased Pepsi for most of my life, and I USED to really enjoy the flavor. Unfortunately, this has changed since the fall of 2022. I don't know what has changed in the production, but it tastes like chemicals now. I have bought the 12 pack bottles from multiple stores and every time I am disappointed. I cannot finish what I have purchased and end up dumping bottles down the drain. What's even more concerning is the products inability to freeze. We had low temperatures recently, and all of my other beverages froze solid EXCEPT for the Pepsi. This does not seem safe for consumption.

      Pepsi Company in Chumberland, MD phone number is ************. The owner of Cruise Thru is ********************* has been with the same company for over 20 years. This all started when I (****************) took over as ***** Manager back in July of 2022. There was a lot of out of date products and they was not giving us a full credit in fact not even half of what was out of date. The delivery guy was there to pick it up when I noticed this. So I called Pepsi and asked them what to do. There they told me to not accept the delivery that they would send out someone to fix the problem. Ever since that phone call they have taken one of there coolers out of three. Also when the delivery the guy puts all of the new dates in front of the old and not rotating them. I have told three different people about this problem one of them was a manager over the phone another was ***************** that checks for out of dates and the other is our sales rep. **** **** and another gentlemen was here at the end of January 2023 and pulled more out of dates. *** our sales rep. was just in now saying they are taking another cooler out. We have a double cooler outside left and they are talking about picking that one up as well to a single door cooler. *** the pepsi rep. is trying to send us 30 cases at a time when we are a small business. I was told by other pepsi reps that we should only get 20. So that way they wouldn't go out of date as fast and we would be able to sell them with a better rotation. Every time *** comes in to make an order it seems like he is taking more away to where we won't be selling Pepsi. As a liquor store we do sell soda. Also being a customer for 20 years plus.       Received an email Nov 7 2022 that I was a prize winner for PepsiCo ************* Exclusive Gear Giveaway. Reached out because they had Apt # before street address. That was supposedly corrected. Reached out multiple times because to customer service ************. With no help & continually passed to different people not me not me not me. Completed multiple quote customer service complaint forms online. Received responses to call same above phone that no one helps & that was in my complaint. Or phone numbers that are for wrong department - for vendors not consumers. Phone # that is on ****** as corporate that rings several times then disconnects. Phone number for supposedly prize logistics that is a recording to wait for next available agent but no one ever answers & disconnects on you. This is beyond ridiculous that it's almost 3 months later & still can't get a response. All emails replies are from an email box that can't be replied to. NO ONE IS TAKING ANY RESPONSIBILITY TO DO THEIR JOB.
