    I have a $200 gift card my husband purchased from me and she very quickly closed her store and did not give a refund despite calling and emailing

    Business abruptly closed. I feel bad for owner who I know personally. I would like to be reimbursed for the unused gift card which is $100 or $150. This was purchased as a Christmas gift from my husband ***********************

    On April 11,2023 I had services done at this ******* paid for a package series for Brazilian Wax - 5 sessions totaling $268 I used 1 session on 4/11/23 I have 4 more sessions left I paid for this package in cash and was informed my credit was noted in their internal system so I was Not Issued a gift card for my package I was informed when I book my next session advise the person and my account would be deducted Fine!!!I return from my vacation and receive a call from the salon worker that I book with and she informs ************ has closed I then get soca media feeds that that salon closes abruptly I am seeking the $200 owned me so I can continue with my services elsewhere I uploaded the text message I received from the salon confirming my April 11, 2023 appointment at 9:30 AM

    My children purchased me TWO gift certificates ($240. & $130.) in December ************************** This business ABRUPTLY closed WITHOUT advance notice to long-time customers on Friday, April 28, 213 and employees were notified Sunday, April 23, 2023. All social media accounts were closed/removed immediately. I am seeking advice for what my options are for refunding these funds to either my children who purchased these or me.     This business closed with no warning to customers - I purchase a series of pedicures (5 in all) recently for $170 and have three remaining ($102) and I would like a refund. There is no one to speak to - all phones, web sites, social media has been turned off. I had appointments scheduled, etc. and I am sure I am not the only one requiring refunds.See more in recent local article: ***************************************************************************************************** assistance would be appreciated.
