    ***** in customer service was amazing!! I called him regarding our faucet that had broken. We had gone back and forth over a few emails re the issue I was having and the model of my faucet, and without hesitation, he sent us a brand new faucet, no questions asked. He was so helpful and willing to correct our issue quickly. I highly recommend Kraus and their products.

    I had a faucet sprayer that developed a wrinkle in the finish and Kraus replaced it under warranty. I have used many Kraus sinks and faucets and I think they are probably one of the best values when it comes to quality and style.

    Exceptional customer service experience when dealing with a part failure. Kraus went above all expectations in replacing my part after after 3 years of purchase, and at no charge. I was not expecting that! They were prompt, courteous, and very understanding. I could tell that they valued a positive customer service experience. I will definitely purchase from Kraus in the future. They have fine quality products on top of top notch customer service.

    I ordered an apron sink from Krause and when it arrived it was clear the box took a beating in transit. Sure enough, the back edge of the sink was bent. I sent an email off to them and within an hour I got a response from them apologizing and asking for the purchase info and a picture. Shortly thereafter they said a new sink was on the way. That's great service.

    We purchased a Kraus kitchen sink a few years ago after we started renovations on our home. Well, renovations are still underway and we have not yet had a chance to enjoy our sink. In any event, during the renovations, our sink grate that came with the sink, went *** and we suspect that the contractor/his crew might have thrown it away (accidentally I hope). I contacted Kraus and spoke to **** who was wonderful in helping me place the order for a new sink grate. It came within a few days. Then there was the issue of the soap dispenser that came with the sink, that stopped working. The pumping mechanism came apart. I contact Kraus yet again, this time letting them know that the product was under warranty. **** asked me to include a picture and the invoice, and told me that the order was placed for a new soap dispenser pump. It came within a few days. I was quite happy with the level of customer service as well as the response times. I hope I don't have to contact Kraus in the future, but if I do, I have peace of mind knowing that I will be taken care of with a level of customer service that all companies should have and live up to. Thank you **** for being so wonderful!

    Although i had a product fail in less then a year Kraus stepped up to the plate and took care of it fast and had me back up and running in no time, that is about all you can ask for in a company. Kraus is great to work with.

    The issue that I was experiencing with my Kraus kitchen faucet was quickly identified and the replacement cartridge quickly shipped. Great customer service which these days is very difficult to experience. Thank you Kraus!
