    Disastrous experience with Drives Hip Chair. Had to spend $110 with two different handymen to address misaligned s**** holes. Purchased through Amazon, called company, offered ZERO HELP OR SOLUTION, told just return it. Would have cost me another $50 to have it packed up to return to Amazon, luckily the 2nd handyman(required two men to force the s**** holes to align). I am in ***(not rural ******)no offer to get assistance, a rental chair delivered, or a rebate. Medical equipment is most often needed urgently, ONLY suggesting a return for a replacement, THRU THE SELLING VENDOR, is not exactly in keeping with this absurdity: Customer satisfaction is of utmost importance to Drive DeVilbiss Healthcare. AVOID THIS COMPANY.HORRENDOUS CUSTOMER SUPPORT!

    Drive rollater Nitro " Perfectly designed". Doesn't look or feel like a medical device. I can ********************** again. The wheels are designed like on an expensive car. There is a comfortable seat when needed and handy strap for easy folding up folding of the device & light weight! Nothing forgotten, Even safety reflectors on the back of the handles."Proud to be seen Driving it"*************

    I ordered a transfer shower chair from them, it didn't fit my tub.I contacted them to return it, I was told they would take it back, but I would have to pay the shipping. When I went to ship it back, *** said it would be $40. That's just ridiculous. I will just post it for sale on line. Awful company to do business with.

This product was purchased and sold directly through a provider. Drive Devilbiss, has contacted the consumer, and fully resolved this issue favorably. We respectfully request this complaint be removed from the Better Business Bureau.

    I purchased a Drive Bluestreak Wheelchair in September of 2022. February of 2023 the rail slide that connects the seat to the back of the chair snapped while I was at work. I was under the impression when I purchased the chair that it had a three year warranty for parts breaking, as it turns out they just cleverly worded their warranty to seem that way when in actuality they only cover the plastic guides and parts for 60 days after the purchase date and after that the only thing that is covered is the metal frame. I contacted their customer service looking for help and was directed to four other parts websites because I apparently cannot even order and pay for replacement parts through the company. I then spent ten minutes on hold with SpinLife to find out I needed a part number that Drive didn't provide for me so I could actually order the part. I then had to go back to the Drive website and speak with another representative to get the part number so I could order it and get my wheelchair usable again - as now the seat has very little load bearing compacity and is causing my lower back a lot of pain to use.I am very discouraged by this company, I don't think they take seriously at all the demographic that they are providing equipment for and I'm pretty shocked that after a little less than half a year they were not willing to help me at all with a faulty part on their product. I do not recommend using them for your mobility needs, since if something goes wrong you're just stuck unable to move around appropriately and left on your own to fix the situation.
