    I bought 4 different Pro Rocking Santokus and all had blad defects (chips).I received a faulty Pro prep knife. Zwilling promised to replace it on April 19th if i send the faulty one back. I sent it back but haven't received my replacement knife (#********) nearly a month later and Zwilling isn't answering me. Terrible service and won't likely buy another zwilling product if this is how you get treated.

    On March 19th I had placed an order online at Zwilling for a Pro Knife Block set. March 22nd I got the order confirmation but a not that they do not deliver to PO Boxes.So I called March 27th to submit my physical address. The package was already "out for shipping" they said they are unable to give me a *** tracking number so I could contact *** and change my address with ***.So I then "waited" for the package to return back to Zwilling. I called again on April 3rd for a tracking number. I called for an update on April 11th. Again no tracking number available.Called April 21st to cancel and request a refund - spoke to "******"Called April 25th for confirmation on refund as I did not receive any email confirmation Called April 28th --- No update on refund Called May 3rd - Spoke to "Vee" said I would get a call by the end of the day. I did not get a call back Called May 8th Spoke to "***" addressed my refund status. He said again I should be getting a call back by the end of the day for a status update.WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! I will never again purchase any Zwilling products

    Never buy anything from their web site . I order one set of knife . Waiting over a month .my shipping is pending and keep contact customer service. They says will ship out soon . But still nothing . Contact them over 6 to 7 times . Finally got refund but problems is my order is use 100 gift card +****** usd by PayPal. They only refund PayPal . Then call again ask about it . The answer is please wait ...we will send back to you . Now i still waiting .....where my gift card refund . This company customer services is totally unbelievable.

    This is my first worst return service ever!!! I paid and shipped back return item within 30 days, but lost my tracking receipt. After few weeks later I contacted the service center to check on my return status they replied email with no further action unless I can provide return tracking number.

    False advertisement! Beware of false advertisement on their website. Intentionally misleading customers about the size and quality of their products. **************** wait times are over an hour and the link for order returns (from the order page) does not work! Absolutely terrible customer service! I just want to return the items I purchased and get my FULL amount back, as they intentionally lied about the size of the product! I will NEVER purchase from here again. I would NEVER recommend this website to anyone!

    The worst customer service Ive ever had.I purchased cookware set and it was defective.After returning I got replacement it was defective again.I asked for refund and havent got it yet.
