    On Feb. 07/2024 Vital Health Lab charged my Credit Card $47.50 for a product that I ordered and received. On Feb. 26 Vital Health Lab charged my Credit Card $189.95 for a product I did not order and did not receive. On March 08, Apr 07, May 07, June 06, Jul 06, Aug 05, Sep 04, they charged my Credit Card with $34.95 and on Sep 25 and Sep 27 they refunded my Card with $34.95 for products which I did not order or receive. On October 4th, I called and talked to their customer service representative. She checked my account and verified all of the charges except for the $189.95 I was charged on Feb 26. She sid there was no record of that charge in my account. She said the only thing she could do was to refund a new charge of $34.95 that was made on Oct 4th. I only ordered and received products valued at $47.50.

    Dear BBB,We found that this customer had two addresses in our system, so perhaps his products were arriving at his old address and not getting forwarded? In any event, today we cancelled this customer's account and have issued him a refund check. Many thanks.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
    = In your original response to  my complaint you indicated that the supplier said they had two addresses connected to my account.  I only made one order with this company and they delivered the item to my correct address. I have had only one address since 1964. It has been one week since they said they had mailed the check. It doesn't usually take that long for me to receive mail. Maybe they mailed it to the wrong address since that had claimed that they had two different adreses associated with my account.

    We mailed the Refund Check to the exact address that appeared on the original BBB Complaint.  We also enclosed a copy of the BBB Complaint with the Refund Check, so when the customer receives it in the mail, he will know what the check is for. We expect that the customer should receive the Refund Check any day now. Thank you.
