    10/28/24 Was charged for a **** survey service but was never told the federal government will not accept the survey for coverage if the home was not finished being built.I reached out upset about being charged for this. I felt it was ethical to have guided to wait until the home was complete. I was berated for asking and expressing displeasure about the experience and was told "I was barking up the wrong tree".All I wanted was to be told that if you do the **** survey for insurance you need to wait until it is complete because it will be rejected. Instead I was told it can be done a second time but payment was required for another round.
