    I recently hired M&D Improvements to repair some minor roof damage caused by high winds over the past winter. It involved about 15 feet of ridge vent shingles along with re-attaching and sealing some copper flashing along the chimney. The job was a small and quick fix. I even provided the materials! But, because the job was so small, nobody wanted to do it. I called 9 roofing contractors and only 4 responded. Mike from M&D was one of them and the only one who was not trying to take advantage of me and the situation.
    He promptly dispatched one of top employees (Mark) who arrived on time, made the repairs and took photos for me.
    A few days later, I met with Mike (the owner), paid him, thanked him for coming to my rescue and complimented him on how he does business. His employee was respectful to both me and my property. He communicated to me what the repair involved and did it.
    I highly recommend M&D Improvements and I will definitely hire them again for ANY future repairs or improvements.
