Refund and Exchange Policy

Full Refund - a full refund may be issued if the project is canceled by the client in writing within 3 business days of signing the contract, provided no work has commenced and no materials purchased

Partial Refund - Partial refunds may be issued if the project is canceled after work has begun but before completion. The refund amount will be calculated based on the percentage of work completed and the cost of materials used or purchased up to the cancelation date.

Non Refundable Fees - Any deposits or down payments made are generally non refundable unless specifically stated in the contract, this is to cover administrative and preparation costs

Exchanges - exchanges of materials or services may be permitted if the materials have not been used or installed, and the request for exchange is made within 3days of purchase or receipt. The client may be responsible for any restocking fees or price differences.

Revisions and Corrections - revisions to completed work will be performed if the work does not meet specifications outlined in the contract. Request for revisions must be made within 1 day of project completion. If the revisions request is due to clients preferences and not due to contractor error, additional charges may apply.

Notification and Review Process - All request for refund or exchange must be made in writing to [email protected] and must include clients name, project details, and reason for the request. Upon receiving a request Ironclad Contracting will review the request and respond within 3 business days. The review process may include an inspection of the work completed and discussions with the client to understand the issue.

Custom Work - custom or bespoke work is generally non refundable and non exchangeable due to the personalized nature of the services.
