            May 29,2020 Service call-dug up ground outside and repaired 1/2" copper water service just outside the basement wall. Checked that evening, water noticed in basement, called, he came back and put pump in hole to pump out water. By midnight, pump wasn't working, water receded after. Appeared okay during winter months. Early spring 2021, basement water in room where pipe was as well as adjacent room. Ripped out new floor that was put in and ripped out wall around the water pipe and 3 different types of sealer attempted. Any measurable amount of rain causes the flooring to become soaked. We have tried to avoid further damage through any means we could provide. They were called multiple times, spoke with office staff, he finally called back and stated he didn't feel his problem, thought water leak. Municipal water and other professionals stated it was not a leak but something to do with the work by Harding. Harding stated he would call another plumber to assist and call back, Never did.

            12 years ago Hardings installed a tankless hot water tank in our home and billed us for a tankless boiler. Just recently our furnace stopped working and when we contacted a different contractor he informed us that Hardings installed the incorrect device. After contacting Hardings to complain about them installing a tankless hot water tank instead of a boiler they acknowledged what they did and it was then uncovered that we were billed for a tankless boiler of $3,000 and the hot water tank they installed was valued at $1,200. They were defensive and down right rude and did not take ownership of their deceptive practices. When a consumer makes the decision to shop local and entrust that a professional was providing impeccable service and they find out years later they were deceived and taken advantage off that is unacceptable. I would not recommend this business to anyone.

            Customer is not under **** *, have no record of this person in our customer history ***** * is cutomer Estimate from 2009 clearly states what was to be installed in effort to save customer money Unit has been installed since 2009 w 1 or 2 issues that had been repaired w no maintnance ever. The last time we were on location was 2014. There was no deception as to what was being installed, clearly stated on the estimate, invoice and the warranty registration. customer was not willing to listen to any resolve that we offered
