    I used my retirement funds to install a new air condition unit. The reason I decided to install a new unit is because they stated I have a leak & the unit I had is 10 years old. They scheduled an installation date on 6/23/25, the hottest date. They sent 2 techs, which were not experienced worked from 8 am to 7 p.m. could not get the unit to work. I paid them $16,000. They had to call for a more experienced service tech, & still the issue was not resolved. Their excuse was that the unit is new technology. My question is why the staff were not trained accurately?. We are 2 retirees with weather condition of over 96 degree. They left & stated they would be back the next day. Still waiting!
