      This company is AWFUL. They sent a TARDED technician to repair a warrantied speaker in a brand new expensive 4K **. TARDED technician scratched the ** screen during speaker repair and was noticed immediately. ** was inspected before repair started and agreed it was in perfect, brand new condition. TARDED technician then denied he scratched the screen even though I watched and saw him do it. Then claimed scratches were already there reversing his pre repair inspection. Contacted the company many, many, many times with NO response of ANY kind. ******* agreed that this TARDED technician did scratch the screen. Why ******* still does business with this AWFUL company is tarded too. * this company and * the TARDED technician. You've been WARNED !!!!

      Williston was directed by ******* to repair a faulty icemaker (at no charge to me, which is why I put up with Williston's ineptitude). If you have to pay for their service directly, then find someone else. My original ticket was created 10-18-23 and ******* set the appointment for Sat, 10-21-23. Williston called and said they don't work Saturdays, so Tue, 10-24-23 was the new date. No problem yet. On Mon night, Williston called to say that the Technician wouldn't be available on Tue and re-scheduled for Thu, 10-26-23. First problem, but understandable. On Wednesday night, Williston called again to say that they didn't have the parts and would have to re-schedule again...but they did have the parts 2 days earlier?? I told them to call me when BOTH the Technician and the parts were available, which they never did and attempted to cancel the ticket with *******. Instead, I received approval to have another ************** in Williston's region handle the service call...much better outcome.

      Unethical company. Avoid at all costs. They charged me a $137 "service call charge" just to schedule the appointment, then piled on a $269 labor charge on top of that despite the guy being here for approximately 15 minutes. (He was literally putting a new handle in, which involved two screws.) So that's over $400 for labor total. When I asked about the $269 charge, she said Williston Park TV & Radio has only flat fees for repairs, not hourly rates, so there was no option to lower that amount to reflect the actual amount of time spent on the issue. When I asked what the $137 charge was for she said it was for "diagnosing the problem," which is typically included in standard labor charges, not added on extra. When I scheduled the appointment, Williston Park TV & Radio made it sound as if that $137 would be applied to the cost of labor. Not only did they not do that, they added another $269 charge on top of it to s**** in two screws. Really wish I had checked this company's BBB rating before scheduling the service.
