    I paid $50,000 to stucco my entire house. I was told that this job would last for 20 years at the minimum. Approximately 18 months after the job was completed I noticed that there was a section above the garage door that was beginning to show water penetration and the stucco is beginning to separate from the house.I contacted ********************* who was extremely understanding and promised that ******* would correct the problem before it became a more serious and costly issue. This was 4 months ago. On several occasions, **** promised me that ******* would come and fix the problem. Each time the appointment was broken. I told **** that I understand that he is busy but that this must be fixed before the winter and more damage is caused by freezing water.Eventually, I realized that fixing this problem was not a priority. I informed **** that I would be pursuing this through the BBB and if not corrected I would pursue a small claims case against the company.
