Patrons will be issued a full refund of lane rentals if cancellation occurs at least an hour before scheduled appointment time. Cancellations that happen within an hour before the scheduled appointment time will not be refunded at full cost: The minimum lane deposit may be held for cancellations or no shows that happen within an hour before the scheduled appointment reservation. We reserve the right to review each instance for unforeseen or mitigating circumstances.
Refunds:
Patrons entitled to a refund will be contacted via email and receive a phone call. Any unclaimed refunds will not be returned after 30 days. - Business Categories
