      I completed a reservation for a $200.00 "Student Special" on this Storage Units Website. I paid the $200.00 via Paypal which was removed from my account. I received a receipt and no further communication. I called the number and was taken to a call center that said they could not find the reservation under my name or email. The took my information to "give to management" but could not tell me when I would get a return call or who would call. Never got a call. Tried again - same response. Sent 2 emails - no response.

      I believe this is a scam. I ideally would like to get a refund but at minimum this website needs to come down so no one else is scammed.

      The tenant was refunded on 5/7/2025 in the amount of 200$.  We got buried with our student summer storage and didn't get to issuing the refund until now.  Aside from that we have a new remote management system that complicated the process.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. 

       I just wanted to give you an update that the, refund did actually hit my account so I am all set. So thank you very much for your help with this. I really appreciate it.
