      ***** of all people in this company is the absolute worst to deal with. I would never hire this company again. They are irresponsible, unprofessional and very insincere. We had water and mold damage in our basement. They came did an estimate and set everything up with the insurance company. However the estimate was only provided after the work was performed. They arrived on 4-23-23 and left on 5-1-23 but the estimate is dated 05-05-23 All they did was throw out everything we owned from the basement with no discussion or letting me or my brother who is a special needs adult living in the house know what was going on. l had cardiac issues and was hospitalized while the work was being performed. When I got out I came back to a gutted basement with nothing in it. In the estimate it clearly states remove items clean and replace. This did not happen. All of the hand made Christmas ornaments that my mother and grandmother made were just carelessly thrown out along with toys from our childhood. Not to mention all of our personal belongings and a perfectly good 6 foot fiberglass ladder went missing also. I left specific instructions with them not to have my brother sign any documentation as he only has a third grade reading level and doesn't comprehend complicated paperwork. While i was hospitalized they bullied him into signing for the work so that they could get paid. Then I get a bill because they want me to pay the sales tax on the work because it was over the insurance cap which was not shown in the original estimate. This company is good at scamming the insurance company and is customers to get money they don't deserve. As you can see in the photos this is how they left the basement. Very disappointed. Not only that but I had to take my brother too several psychological appointments to calm him because they traumatized him so badly. Very disrespectful and rude. none of the work stated in the estimate was done aside form the mold abatement

Our intention was to ensure your understanding of the process. Regarding the final bill, it is standard in our industry to refer to it as an "estimate" because it is not finalized by the insurance company until time for payment. We understand that this terminology might have caused some misunderstanding.  The bill was approved and paid by your insurance carrier and no additional payment is required from you at this time.
