We find that a pattern of complaints exist concerning consumers complaining about being contacted via telephone by an associate of Intelligent Networks Corporation leading the consumer to believe they have already signed up for advertising and now owe money to Intelligent Networks Corporation for advertising.   Complaints allege that
consumers are being billed for a service that they have not ordered or received.

Consumers have also advised BBB that they do not have a clear understanding of what exactly Intelligent Networks Corporation offers to their business in the form of advertising.  

Company does respond providing partial recordings of the call where it appears
the consumer is agreeing to the product offered. Consumers have stated the provided recording does not provide enough detail of the complete conversation they have with the company and 
consumers have insisted they never agreed to sign up with the company.

The company has not provided additional recordings to show a complete picture of the conversation.
BBB also asked the business the following questions:What exactly does the business offer to consumers in advertising?  What websites can consumers go to and view their advertising? What does the business offer to the consumer in concrete form, such as paperwork, websites, showing the consumer what advertising they are getting from Intelligent Network Corporation?

Our company offers SEO, web submission services, website design/refresh, domain registration,website hosting services, and online advertising management services.  Our business development team contacts prospective customers and offers our SEO and web submission services.  During the sales process customers are taken to one of the websites we provide data to, example:www.elapages.com.  The customer selects whichever listing they would like to use as an example and the representative discusses the advertising possibilities for the client.  Assuming the client has agreed to our services, either a written contract for a website design service or a recorded verbal agreement covering all terms and services for a basic listing.
