      Our Sewer backed up from roots. Their guy came out and gave up after a few hrs. Charged us $302.00 and left us high and dry. Called in the AM to follow up and told we needed “an excavation company to come out and dig up the pipes “. Instead, we called Brundage who came with the snake and fixed our problem in about 15 minutes. This business is a scam. Dishonest people that charge you max price and don’t required results from themselves. They don’t care!

      Call was on a Sunday and technician worked on sewer for three hours. He was unable to open line and explained it needs further investigation due to a possible collapse. We presently do not have staffing available to excavate. Customer contacted us on 7/17/23 for money back. Declined. Other company came out on regular hour rate. Our flat rate for one hour of sewer cleaning at overtime was $280.00 plus tax. There were no additional charges.
