I placed an order for some pants and was given a pair that's one size down. Thankfully I could fit in them so I just kept them, but when ordering a second pair a few days later in a different color they gave me a pair that's two sizes down. Mind you, the size they gave me isn't on their site so you can't buy it. Why on earth they'd send me a size they don't sell I have no idea. After trying to exchange the pants for what I ordered they emailed me saying it's not in stock anymore and that they'll refund me. Come to find out they now have a duplicate listing for the pants, one that's completely not in stock with another fully in stock and brand new. I just ended up placing another order on the new item only to once again, for the third time in a row, be given the same pants that are two sizes down. Talking to customer service I'm repeatedly told they have no idea what's in their warehouse and that they cancel and refund your order if it's not in stock. Clearly that's not true and in the end they said they'd send a replacement same day without waiting for the pants to get returned. After getting an email confirming they have the pants and that they're on the way, I for the 4th time now have received the same pants, 2 sizes down and not available to purchase on their site. Somehow when checking their site, end up seeing another duplicate item listed. So now they have 3 listings for the same pants, 2 out of stock, 1 in stock. **************** agents are never helpful repeating the same thing. As much as I don't want to believe I'm being treated differently, I genuinely don't understand how the exact same problem can happen 4 times in a row with no one having a resolution. I hope they get the same treatment as ****, if not worse. As bad and immoral as **** is, you'll at least get what you pay for and get it fastInitial Complaint

Made a purchase on their site today. Several hours after placing the order the item went on sale by %50. I tried to call them but did not get through. I want to cancel this order. It hasnt even shipped. It was only in received status. Unfortunately they have horrible customer service. It is a maze of online ques that lead nowhere. There is no one on the phone. I just placed this order and its on the weekend et not even shipped out. I do not want to have to go through thier horrendous return process which is lengthy inconvenient inconsistent et unreliable. I was told by a customer service that every item I return was already refunded but that is not true. The previous refund was for 7 items not 9. I initially ordered two different sizes of the following items. I received a refund for the ones I didnt received in the shipment and then the ones I got I send back to Mango. On 12/22/2022, I placed Order no.: DDKWV7. It's been 2 weeks and the order is still showing as "Accepted", not even "Being Prepared" yet. I called MANGO customer service on 01/03/2023 to inquire about the status of this order. The agent informed me that there was a technical issue at the warehouse and that the order wasn't processed correctly and because of that, it wouldn't be fulfilled. I requested that she cancel the order. On 01/05/2023, I received an email from MANGO stating that the cancellation request had been denied. MANGO won't ship the order or cancel it and issue me a refund. According to their website, standard shipping orders are shipped within 1-5 business days. It's been 15 days since this's considered a breach of our contract, I'm indeed ENTITLED to cancel the order and receive a refund. In addition, many of the items I ordered are already out of stock due to this delay. It's worth noting that I placed another order on 01/03/2023 and this order was shipped the next day. So the delay with Order no.: DDKWV7 is not due to their warehouse being "busy". I'll file a billing dispute with my bank if I don't receive a refund within 24 hours. Two months ago, I purchased a handbag at Mango in the ******************* in **********. When I brought the bag to the checkout, the woman a the register said she would get me one from the back so I didnt have to take the floor model. When I got home, I discovered that the bag that the woman had switched out was sewn poorly and had a few holes in it. I sent a picture of the bag with the holes to Mango customer service along with a request for a partial refund so I can repair the bag. After two months now of goin back and forth with them about the defective bag they sold me, their solution is for me to mail it back to them - no shipping label, no information and no way of guaranteeing that I would get my money back once I sent it back. *** asked them to mail me a shipping label and paperwork so they would know the return is coming from me and they refuse. Honestly they seem like a fraudulent company, given the lackadaisical attitude and disorganized approach they have about me returning a defective item of theirs. I dont live near the store I bought the bag from so I cant return it. I like the bag, I just want to be compensated for having to repair it.
