      On December 24, 2022 I ordered one item, a dress and received it in early January. I returned the item by mail on January 14th and saw via tracking that the item was received. I have emailed Fashion to Figures customer service 9 times and they are refusing to give me my refund. They have confirmed receipt of the return on 1/18/22 but have made several excuses as to why I havent received my refund. I get emailed back by a different person every time. I paid for the item via AfterPay and already contacted them but they said they cant handle refunds.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

      They only refunded the shipping fee of $6.95, not the cost of the actual item which was $77.97. They are still obfuscating my questions about getting my refund with warehouse delay excuses that have been used on other customers in the past according to ****** searches.

      I purchased products from Fashion to Figure on Dec 6th 2022 and did not receive my orders until 3 weeks later, 2.5 weeks after my birthday. Rush shipping was purchased, but the company failed to meet their shipping commitments. I received a email on Jan 3rd that a credit will be issued, however this was never received in my personal bank account. "You will be refunded $8.50 for your order ******." "You will be refunded $7.99 for your order ******."Next, I returned (3) clothing pieces on Jan 13th thru *** totalling $133.63 including tax. Fashion to Figure received my return on Jan 16th. Per store policy, refunds will be issued **** days after receipt of returned merchandise. It is four weeks later and I have yet to receive my refund. I also did not receive a email notification from Fashion to Figure that my returns were received. I have been in communication with Fashion to Figure via their Instagram messaging platform, and I've been promised on two separate occasions that customer service will follow-up on my orders. This has not occured to date, and Fashion to Figure is now withholding my funds without permission. There are many other customers who are complaining on social media platforms of similar situations pertaining to Fashion to Figure. If the company is experiencing financial issues such as low cash on hand, then they should halt all business operations until their affairs are in order. I appreciate any assistance that BBB can offer to resolve this matter. Thank you.Ref orders # ****** & ******

We have reviewed the account and saw that there was a refund of $16.49 was processed. We called the customer and informed her about the refund. There was a return made ****************** it was receive on our warehouse on January 116, 2023. We educated the customer about the refund being process already on our end.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

       

      Fashion to Figure has not completed fully refunding me for the order returned on January 16th. I was contacted by a rep who said they will locate my items and then process the refund within 3-5 business days. Per the attached emails, my refund totalling $125.76 had not fully been deposited in my bank account. To date, ********************** has only processed refunds totaling $46.71. Per the policy enclosed within their email notification dated 2/15, it was expected to have received my full refund no later than 2/21 because of the holiday. I do not understand why this company did not choose to not provide my complete refund initially and hope that we could have this matter resolved very soon.

      I bought an item online, and returned it. Fashion to Figure has had my returned package since January 12, 2023. They have not issued a refund. I used Afterpay, and Afterpay told me that they cannot issue a refund until Fashion to Figure does. All of this does not make sense to me. I just want my money back. In total, it was $93.25.

      I pleased an order on the Fashion To Figure website and was charged taxes on my clothing order. I live in a state where we do not pay taxes on clothes and *** placed other orders with them and was not charged. In February 2022, this happened and I contacted the company with no response received. Since then Ive placed several orders and was not charged taxes until my recent order in January of 2023 when I was once again charged taxes on clothes. *** asked for an explanation and was told that some states are exempt, but no resolution was provided.

      I have been dealing with this case since April 2022. I constantly keep getting the same response that it will be 7 to 10 business days for me to get my refund. I have attempted to contact their corporate office and still have yet to receive any communications back. Can you please assist me I have all of my supporting documents and email messages in one thread. They have their product and I simply would just like to have my money back. The refund total is $206. Can you please assist me?

However the **************************************************************************************************** as they did w the partial check of $15.50 which I didnt cash yet. [I received the response that your business sent to BBB. You have all my contact info and if not I will sent it to you again. I work for the business w the address of **************** So I would still get the mail in my name. So you have NOT send me another check. I received the $16.05 check that I still have yet to cash because of the issues you would play that said I agreed to that being payment in full.       I purchased about $581 worth of clothing via the website on 19th December, 2022.I followed up on my order and got an email from the company adressed to another person stating the order was shipped and it also cited an item that I did not order. I responded advising that the email was not correct and clearly sent to me in error. To date I have note received a response and have note received any of the items purchased.

      I placed an online order on 12/31/22 after the death of my sister from a long term illness. Her favorite color was red and I ordered a dress for her funeral. The funeral was scheduled for 1/13/23 and I paid for express shipping to ensure I received it in time. It is currently January 16, 2023 and there are no updates to the shipping status. On the website the shipping method that I selected was express shipping which is supposed to deliver within 3-5 business days from the order date. The only email I received was the confirmation email. I never received a shipping email as stated on the confirmation email. I contacted the company numerous times via email and via phone to inquire about my order and I was told my order was in Fulfillment and would be shipped shortly. I was always told my package would be delivered no later than January 10 and I still havent received my package. I contacted the customer service agent on 1/14/23 and ask to speak with a supervisor or manager and was told there wasn't one available at the time and I would receive a call within 48 hours. As of now, I haven't recieved a call from anyone. Many times I requested a refund, especially since the package is still in Fulfillment, they stated that I could not get a refund or cancel the order since it had been placed. However they suggested that I could initiate a return once the order was placed. I read the terms and conditions on their website and it does not say anything about them not fulfilling your order in respectable timeframe that they advertise on their website. My order number is ****** and with shipping and taxes, I paid $73.57. Since they were not able to fulfill my order in the timeframe that they advertised I believe I should be refunded immediately prior to it shipping out of their facility.

      In November 2022 l purchased clothing from Fashion to Figure for the first time. The items didnt work l followed the return policy and they have acknowledged receipt of the items however no refund has been issued to me. *** made several attempts to call with no answer l have however received communication via email and social media direct messenger. All with different excuses ranging from warehouse staff being backed up, technical delays etc .. but no refund even past the dates of promise.

      I purchased a dress with the following details:ORDER: ****** ORDER DATE: 12/5/2022 - 03:20:26PM TRACKING: ************************** I received an automated email on 12/7 saying my order has shipped but the tracking number reflects that the item has still not been given to the ***** I emailed ********************************** on 12/21, 12/26, and 12/30 to ask about the status of this order and never received any response. I have also tried calling customer service and no one answers the phone. I either want the dress delivered or I want a refund. In addition, I want some form of communication so I am aware of what is happening with this ordera pretty low-level request from what I thought was a professional business.
