    I ordered a few items from Smazon. They sent less and owe me items or a refund of those not sent! The string of pearls house plant wasnt sent and the Spanish book wasnt sent as well as other items they said werent paid for! Please refund any unpaid money. When I telephoned Amazon they made a serious matter into a joking matter . They promised a refund but now they are pretending to not know the original order!     I had the worst experience with Amazon Web Studios. I paid thousands of dollars for a website and mobile application redesign but they failed to deliver anything. I approached them with an existing web application, seeking a rebranding, and they promised to complete it within a specific timeframe. Unfortunately, I received nothing in return.To make matters worse, not only did I not receive the product, but I also lost access to the website and mobile application that I had previously paid for. Amazon Web Studios has essentially held my page and application hostage, demanding more money for a service they have yet to provide.Their actions are nothing short of scandalous. I caution anyone considering their services to think twice. Amazon Web Studios has proven to be untrustworthy, unreliable, and deceitful.- **************

    I am writing to file a complaint against Amazon regarding the recent issues I have encountered with their services. On July 3rd, during the Prime Day promotion, I purchased a $50 gift card with a $5 discount. However, when I tried to use a soon-to-expire prepaid card to recharge my Amazon balance, the recharge page kept showing "processing" without success. I attempted multiple times but failed.As an alternative, I bought a gift card for myself, which resulted in my account being frozen. I followed the instructions to verify my payment method ownership, but Amazon claimed that my account was linked to a closed account and decided to close it as well. I am frustrated by this decision as my account had been active for six months without any issues, and I have never had another Amazon account. Despite their assurance of sending an email to guide me in lifting the freeze, I have not received any communication apart from a notification stating my account closure. Additionally, Amazon warned me not to open any new accounts and disregarded any attempts to contact them.I have tried contacting Amazon's customer service, but they have been unhelpful, passing the responsibility between representatives without addressing the problem. Furthermore, I have received various emails with inconsistent reasons for closing or freezing my account, causing significant distress and disruption in my daily life.I kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter promptly. Your intervention in improving Amazon's electronic systems and customer service would be greatly appreciated. I hope for a swift resolution to this issue, as it has affected me deeply.Thank you for your attention and support.

    I purchased a website package to create a website, publish and host my new website. At no time during the creation and hosting of the website was I told of anything about the website they were creating needing to be *** ********** In February I received an email from *********************** ********************************* with Amazon Web Studios ******************** saying that our website needed to meet *** ********** and that it would cost $1599, a discounted price from normal prices, to bring my website to **********. They told me that my website had been targeted by the *** and if I didn't pay this amount that they were being forced to shut down our webpage. They have since shut down my website ********************** and are forcing me to pay $1500 to reinstate it. I called down to the *** ****** and explained my situation to the associate on duty that answered my call, immediately said that this sounds illegal as the *** would never send out a letter like the one attached. I want my website block released and the website that I paid you to create released to me so I can obtain other hosting services.

    March 2022, our current website migrated/transferred to Amazon Web studios, they advertised to charge ** cheaper & whatever needed for $350, paid 3/9/2022. Its in process, he told us to cost more for $900+ they will manage the site for updates. Its main reason we decided use their *************** do the work based in U.S. Negotiated $800.00 paid 3/22/2022. Its their policy to accept services, otherwise it will cost more. He already migrate & Paid $2,090.00, 3/***************. Website down& I asked access to check website due access he gave us not working eversince. We must pay over $2,200 Wordpress plugs in update & give us access, due their service not included.The hosting &domain is working on their end. He also blocked our email not able to recieve & send out emails frm our own domain, not AWS email server. Emails has nothing to do w/ ** for not working. After weeks of nonsense back & forth discussions. Informed him want the legal team to contact him & speak to the owner. I guess, he got spooked, & said, he will suspended the account because I have contacted legal team, etc.He had put derogatory information to publicly publicize that the account is suspended due to Non-Payment, & to clear the dues immediately to restore the ******** we must pay. I dont owe money to them for our ******** ****** dont have legal rights to put derogatory information, w/c has been impacted & ruining our reputation. Legally, the service is fully paid, & for him publicly advertise falsely information to inflict damages, to trick for a financial gain. Its clearly violation of our rights. - I don't have signed contract to mandatory must use them if we want to update or make changes of our site & be suspend if the website/** down. Customer, we can do update our site if its not included to the package paid. 1 He deceived us, misrepresent for not including to manage, update as per agreement. That is why we agree to pay $800 2, He deceived us for advertising people will do our website are in U.S when asked before using service. He agreed, based in U.S. Found out our sensitive information was sent overseas, people working our site overseas.3 He fraudulent perpetrated to trick us for financial gain. Said, service will be good 3/2025 should not have problem, they manage & updates, & will have more opportunities. 4 He put derogatory information that's wrongfully incorrect, when it is clearly states proven fact the service receipt paid 3/2025. I have receipt proof. 5 If ** is broken due to plugins was not click to updates, w/c was the website was down. He stated now, the Web/** update is not included for their service. Means, its an optional for them to do,or not their service to do. Customer must update it on our own, but we don't have access to do *** ***** mandatory them to provide access for service they provided. Us able to make changes in our site & makes update. Therefore, I do not owe money for the ******** as the **************** is working & fully paid. I dont owe money due of the website is down. I don't owe money, due of the reason them suspending service due to Non-payment, & the ** plugs not working & update. It is a fasly information him purposely, intentionally, publicly advertise the reason, that we owe money for the service to inflict damage to trick financial gain. 4. He disabled our Non AmazonWebstudio email us not able to use for receiving, sends out message, its clearly a violation of **** practice. 5. He put derogatory information to defame us publicly intentionally for falsely statement purporting to be fact & communicating it to the 3rd person. W/c inflict damages, harm caused to the reputation of **************** 6. Asked him to remove the false information on the website. I explain, he cannot suspend our account & wrote word non-payment if their hosting,domain working. Otherwise, he obligated must return our payment, when he put derogatory information of suspending the account.

    I have requested several times to the Amazonwebstudio many times for the following:

    1. To speak to the owner or management. This was ignored!

    2. Asked them to removed the deragatory information they put in to us publically that  had inflcted damages and reputation. This was ignored!  We have proof of payment paid till March 2025. 

    3. We asked and requested to return our money that fully paid since they put deragatory information reason for suspension of service. This was negligently ignored! They damage they did could not be undue.  

    4. We requested/asked to send us a copy of our proprietory information. This  was again negligently ignored! 

    5. They decieve us fand lies ! He presented himself as he has two names. 

    I respectfully ask the BBB for this business Amazonwebstudio (not affiliated with the AMAZON large company)  for them to comply the proper proceeding for doing ethical manner and honesty to the consumer.

    I contacted Amazon *** Services in May, 2022 Signed an agreement for an App to be created. I made 2 payments ($1500 plus $200.00 on May 4th,22 and J1500 on June 3rd ) for ***site - totaling $3,200.00 - The cost agreed upon is $3500.00 ************** paid on 8/31/2022 - $1356.00 - No information provided on outcome Copyright $1899.00 paid 12/15/2022. I have requested 7 times for the copyright information. As off today no response. The site is not demanding I get Hosting from them - They are requesting $3,000.00 - I have not paid it. With multiple texts, e-mail and phone calls, as of date, no response on the project. I have asked for log in information to the site as I cannot sign in to approve disclosures that are required, nor make changes to site. No response. - It has been weeks. ****** has questioned my age. (he may be the owner) They have harassed me twice 12/29/22, for $1400.00 stating ****, my project manger has not met his milestone. 9 Months later, no website and over $7,000.00 paid.
