  I, too, like sooo many others, believe that this Tinnitus 911 product is worthless ...at least it was worthless for me. I did take it for 98 days and apparently just missed THEIR cut off for a refund, which is one week past their 90-day refund! (I just called C.S. and learned that detail.) So, I'm out of luck for receiving any/all of my $199.80 back ...I would have been glad to even have a partial refund! I would have been happy for ANY lessening of my tinnitus, but this product was totally unhelpful. I should have known that the recorded message from some "******************************************" was just part of the scam to make sure you took the product for at least 90 days, and then they would hope you lost count before contacting them for a refund when it didn't help, in 90 days!Continuing to suffer!

  I ordered multiple bottles of the 911 Nerve Pain and It has helped me quite a bit. I have been able to get rid of 2 other medications I'm on for multiple sclerosis and I will be placing another order. No it hasn't gotten rid of my nerve pain completely but it has reduced it to the point where I can get more than a couple of hours sleep at a time.

  I purchased 4 bottles in March, of Tinnitus 911 ear ringing formula. I'm just about to finish the ***********. I called them and sent an email stating I had ended my four months of use and not one thing had been repaired, my tinnitus had changed at all. I then was told by the agent I had only 97 days to get a refund. I had went a 133 days. I told him I thought I had to use the product and test it out. He said nothing so I told him I would never do business with Phytage labs. They do not stand behind their product but they sure make you believe it's the finest tinnitus stopper made. I will do my best to turn other people from doing business with this company. Nothing but con artists

  I called the company to receive my refund after using the product for the full 90 days which they requested. They did not tell me that I had to call immediately when the 90 days were up . Since it had been 100 days since they said my order was delivered, I was as not eligible for a refund. I feel like I was misled about the urgency of my call with the 7 day grace ******* The product as not at all helpful.
