    Date of Transaction- April 1, 2004 Globe Language Services translated my transcript- Course by Course evaluation process. It was not included in any fine print that the service expires.Today- April 10, 2024, I called Globe to send a duplicate of the evaluated document to the current school I would be attending next month. The customer service representative said that they do not have my record since my first evaluation was done over ten (10) years ago. The rep transferred my call to the Manager who also said that my record could not be found because it was over 10 years ago and that I have to start the process all over again by requestion my original document from *******. This will cost more money that requesting a duplicate.The company still bears the same name since 2004, but I am not sure why they do not have my record on file.Also, at another evaluation company (***), evaluation documents do not expire.

    We are not obligated to issue Duplicates of previous evaluation reports.  There is no "warranty" or "guarantee" that entitles customers to Duplicates.

    The price of Evaluation includes one Original Report.

    As a curtesy to our customers, we offer an option to order Duplicates of evaluation reports issued 10 years or less (if available.)  The policy,

    which is listed on our website is as follows:  "Duplicates are reissued original translations and evaluation reports.  You can only request Duplicates of Evaluation

    Reports issued in the last 10 years!  Globe Language Services reserves the right to refuse issuance of Duplicates for any reason."

    The reason for the 10-year limitation is that the requirements for our Evaluation reports to be accepted by various educational institutions and employers change.

    We need to make sure that we do not issue Evaluation Reports that do not meet the new requirements.  10 years is a very generous time frame to keep records.

    Most foreign credential evaluation agencies have a much shorter validity period.

    As for the alleged customer complaining, we do not have any records for him or her from 20 years ago (2004).  The ownership of the company changed, the storage place and

    the office address changed, computer system and database software changed.  It is impossible to obtain these records, which would be invalid anyways.

    Globe Language Services **** tel. ************* processed my ***************** DIPLOMA/COURSE EVALUATION with ***** and HIDDEN PERSONAL AGENDA. where's Global Language Services **** was in prior partnership and later LETIGATION/COURT with Global Professional Consulting **** tel.************* a Third-party agency from where my college credits/education/diploma was obtained. Causing me hardship and re-evaluation with another agency and additional fees where's opportunity was given/asked of Global Language Services **** to set aside their unresolved personal differences when conducting proper and ethical business and make an accurate Evalution. At this time, I propose Globe Language **** agree to re-evaluate at NO EXTRA charge or ISSUE a FULL REFUND based on bias, personal and hidden agenda miss use of power and authority.thank you

    Globe Language Services, **** translates and evaluates foreign educational documents and issues **** equivalency for diplomas and coursework. Our evaluation services include the review of submitted documents, verifying the authenticity of submitted documents,verifying the accreditation of the education institution that issued the documents, determining equivalents and preparing evaluation reports. We have been in business since ****. We are a Member of the ******************** of ********** Evaluation Services (NACES).

    Claims from this customer's statement do not make any sense.  His documents from ******* were evaluated properly and reflect uniform standards applied to all studies completed part-time by correspondence or online.  4 years of part-time study equate to 3 years of full-time study.  **** standard applies to all evaluations issued by Globe Language Services.  The Evaluation Report issued to this customer was reviewed by several evaluators and was determined accurate.  No further action can be taken.
